Reflexology and Energy Work

Reflexology is a relaxing, yet energizing, use of gentle hand pressure on specific points on your hands and feet. This helps your whole body to come back into healthy balance. Massage techniques also relax the muscles of your legs and arms, helpful for relief of plantar fasciatis and other problems of the hands and feet.

One Hour Session $45

Includes aromatic footbath, Reflexology on hands and feet, and energy balancing.

"Tune Up" $25

Half an hour of Reflexology and/or energy balancing.
